Policies and Info

 

 

  • Payment is due upon completion of each scheduled cleaning. You may also leave payment in an agreed upon location if you will not be present during the visit. Please let me know if you intend to pay via debit or credit so that I bring my card reader.

 

  • If the payment is not at the residence by the time service is completed, please add a $25 late fee to your payment. There is also a $35 charge on all returned checks.

 

  • I always strive to be punctual and meet arrival time expectations, however due to unforeseen traffic, weather conditions, or family emergency this may not always be possible. If weather conditions are severe I will contact you to reschedule ASAP.

 

  • If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason please give me call. I prefer at least 24 hours’ notice but I understand things often come up last minute.

 

  • If no attempt is made to cancel and I show up for our scheduled appointment only to find I have been stood up, a cancellation fee will be charged.

 

  • In the event of a 'Lock-Out' and entry to the home isn't possible, I reserve the right to charge a fee up to half the cost of the scheduled cleaning.

 

  • I reserve the right to add additional fees if I find there to be excessive trash removal needed, so please be upfront about the homes' condition.

 

  • Invoicing is done with prior arrangement only, otherwise please be available to make payment at the time of service.

 

  • Please keep in mind that if large heavy furniture or high levels of clutter limit accessibility, those areas will not be cleaned. Unusually high fixtures, fans, skylights or windows that cannot easily be reached may also be skipped.

 

  • Entryways and hallways are always complimentary with service. Closets and garages are left untouched unless otherwise discussed.

 

  • I am a pet friendly business and am comfortable working around your furry loved ones, as long as they don't want to chew my face off, lol.

 

  • If you require specific chemicals or products to be used please leave them out for me; rates for me to supply eco-friendly or all natural products will be higher.

 

  • Add-on services should be discussed previous to my arrival in order to receive an accurate quote. Prices will reflect the additional time necessary to complete the task.

 

  • Services are available on a flexible schedule; first come first served based on openings; if you require set recurring service, you will need to schedule following appointments in advance for desired dates to be guaranteed. I offer day, night, and weekend availability and apologize for any inconvenience or wait time.

 

  • Specials or discounted rates may not be available to customers outside of my regular service area. (see map)

 

  • Please be understanding if your call is not answered or returned promptly; I may be working in a client’s home and unable to respond. Please leave a message (detailed) so I know you are in need of information or services.

 

  • I cannot guarantee all areas or appliances with heavy buildup or neglect will be in like new condition after the initial clean; some damage could be irreversible.

 

  • It is very important to have uninterrupted access to the areas of your home I will be cleaning so please be sure arrangements are made for any children or pets that are in the home. I reserve the right to charge for extra time if subject to distractions that affect my ability to perform tasks in a timely manner.

 

  • In the event of broken/damaged items, you will be notified of the accident and all efforts will be made to handle the situation in a satisfactory manner. I cannot be held responsible for antiques or irreplaceable items which are unstable or in an unstable environment so please move them to a safe location.

 

  • I cannot assume liability for the safety of others; please understand I use products containing harmful chemicals and may leave a mop bucket unattended at times.

 

  • If for any reason you are displeased with your service, please contact me within 24 hours and allow me to correct the situation. I strive to ensure you are consistently happy with the service I provide and will gladly accept any suggestions on improving the quality of the service.

 

  • If any of your belongings are missing contact me immediately, it is highly likely I will recall moving it during organization; please do not assume anything has been stolen.

 

  • BGH agrees that it will not disclose any confidential information concerning the client's affairs to any person whatsoever and recognizes this statement to be written acknowledgement of the confidential relationship between BGH and the client.

 

  • Inquiries should contain any information regarding your specific needs so that I am able to give you the most accurate quote possible.
